4) Carat Weight: around 0.57 or above ( looking for oversize)
5) Clarity : VS2 or above (if 1st class of SI1 also ok)
6) Cut Grade: Excellent
7) Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent
9) Fluorescence: None
10) No black spot

Please advice...noted that the budget is limit & the requirement is high...haha
But if some stones you thing is highly recommended & near the budget, I would be consider
