it also depends on the diamond measurement at the certain weight.
and the price for the MB one will depends on how the MB affects the appearance of the diamond, rather it will appear cloudy or milky.

just for an idea on the current market price,
the 1.08 F VVS2 should be ~80k+
the 1.01 F VS2 should be ~64k

i don't have reference on the MB.

if budget around 60k, you can check my 心水推介 page, I have updated it just now also.
as you can see, all stock there is in 3EX none fluor.
I have in F color -> 1.01 F VS2/G VS2/D SI1 + 3ex none + GIA.

and i would recommend you can consider higher color like D or E, but don't need such high clarity.
since color is more noticeable than clarity for everyday wear.
